Формування гендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей

Мета дослідження: науково обґрунтувати та виявити педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей. Об’єкт дослідження: теорія та практика формування ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей. У роботі розкрито сутність і зміст ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей; проаналізовано завдання формування ґендерної культури студентів в перспективі міжнародних та вітчизняних правових документів; вивчено український та зарубіжний досвід формування ґендерної культури студентів засобами ґендерної освіти; визначено та обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей; розроблено та експериментально перевірено програму формування ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у впровадженні педагогічних умов формування ґендерної культури студентів технічних спеціальностей; розробленні спецкурсу «Гендерна культура».

EN : The work is presented on 83 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables, 2 figures. The list of references includes 57 sources, 7 of them in foreign language. The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate and reveal the pedagogical conditions for the formation of gender culture of students of technical specialties. The object of the study is the theory and practice of the formation of gender culture of students of technical specialties of a higher education institution. The subject of the research is the pedagogical conditions for the formation of gender culture of students of technical specialties. The work reveals the essence and content of the gender culture of students of technical specialties; the task of forming the gender culture of students in the perspective of international and domestic legal documents is analyzed; the Ukrainian and foreign experience of forming the gender culture of students by means of gender education was studied; the pedagogical conditions for the formation of gender culture of students of technical specialties are defined and substantiated; the program for the formation of gender culture of students of technical specialties was developed and experimentally tested. The practical significance of the research lies in the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of gender culture of students of technical specialties; development of the special course "Gender Culture".
