Особливості емоційного вигорання медичних працівників під час війни

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 81 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 рисунка. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: емоційне вигорання як психологічний феномен в умовах воєнного стану. Досить поширеною психологічною проблемою, з якою стикаються лікарі та медичні сестри це емоційне вигорання. Воно призводить до повної втрати працездатності, супроводжується частковим або повним виключенням емоцій у відповідь на травматичні для психіки впливи. За цих умов вкрай важливо і керівництву закладів, і самим працівникам знати перші симптоми вигорання, методи профілактики, відстежувати їх появу з метою недопущення виходу з роботи важливих кваліфікованих кадрів. Наукова новизна полягає досліджені на теоретичному рівні емоційного та професійного аспекту синдрому емоційного вигорання медичних працівників в умовах військового стану.

The object of the study: emotional burnout as a psychological phenomenon in the conditions of martial law. A fairly common psychological problem faced by doctors and nurses is emotional burnout. It leads to a complete loss of working capacity, is accompanied by a partial or complete exclusion of emotions in response to psychologically traumatic influences. Under these conditions, it is extremely important for the management of institutions and the employees themselves to know the first symptoms of burnout, methods of prevention, to monitor their appearance in order to prevent the departure of important qualified personnel. The scientific novelty consists in researching at the theoretical level the emotional and professional aspects of the syndrome of emotional burnout of medical workers under martial law.
