Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: теоретичні аспекти та практичний інструментарій реалізації функціональних стратегій металургійного підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження: процес управління однією з функціональних стратегій на підприємстві ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь», а саме стратегією інноваційної діяльності. Мета дослідження — подальший розвиток та розробка теоретичних положень і науково-методичних рекомендацій щодо формування та вдосконалення організаційного забезпечення функціональної стратегії інноваційної діяльності металургійного підприємства. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція. Специфіка даного дослідження полягає у вирішенні наступних завдань: проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні аспекти організаційного забезпечення функціональних стратегій підприємства; надано загальну характеристика металургійному підприємству ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; вивчено процес трансформації системи організаційного забезпечення функціональної стратегії ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; проаналізовано ефективність організаційного забезпечення функціональної стратегії ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; визначено перспективні напрямки вдосконалення організаційного механізму ЗЕД ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» за рахунок адаптації механізму організації виробничої діяльності компанії.

EN : The subject of the study: theoretical aspects and practical tools for the implementation of functional strategies of the metallurgical enterprise. The object of the study: the process of managing one of the functional strategies at PJSC "Dniprospetsstal", namely the strategy of innovative activity. The purpose of the study is the further development and elaboration of theoretical provisions and scientific and methodological recommendations for the formation and improvement of the organizational support of the functional strategy of the innovative activity of the metallurgical enterprise. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction. The specifics of this research consists in solving the following tasks: the theoretical and methodological aspects of the organizational support of the functional strategies of the enterprise are analyzed; a general description of the metallurgical enterprise "Dniprospetsstal" PJSC is given; the process of transformation of the system of organizational support of the functional strategy of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" was studied; the effectiveness of the organizational support of the functional strategy of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" was analyzed; promising directions for improving the organizational mechanism of the ZED of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" due to the adaptation of the mechanism of the organization of the company's production activities have been determined.
