Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота на здобуття ступеня бакалавра на тему «Інноваційні технології як фактор розвитку організації» містить 73 сторінки, 28 таблиць, 4 рисунки. Перелік посилань нараховує 40 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в тому, що за умов мінливої глобального і внутрішнього середовища ключовим фактором конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств є ефективне управління його інноваційним розвитком на основі моніторингу рівня інноваційності підприємства, цільових кількісних і якісних показників. Мета роботи полягає в аналізі організаційно-економічного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку як основи інноваційного розвитку підприємства та розробці пропозицій щодо підвищення організаційно- економічного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у визначенні характерних особливостей інноваційної діяльності підприємства, обґрунтуванні системи методів аналізу організаційно-економічного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку. Результати дослідження дозволяють дійти висновків: розроблені заходи сприятимуть підвищенню інноваційного потенціалу підприємства, покращать фінансові показники діяльності, ПП «Штайнер-Україна» було визнано можливість практичного застосування в майбутньому пропозицій щодо підвищення рівня організаційно-економічного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку.

The urgency of the research topic is that, in a changing global and internal environment, the key factor in the competitiveness of industrial enterprises is the effective management of its innovative development, based on monitoring of the level of innovation of the enterprise, target quantitative and qualitative indicators. The purpose of the work is to analyze the organizational and economic provision of innovative development as the basis for the innovative development of the enterprise and to develop proposals for increasing organizational and economic support of innovation development. In this work, the following methods of research were used: systematic approach, methods of economic and statistical analysis, grouping, graphical modeling of organizational structures, expert evaluation. The scientific novelty of the research is to determine the characteristic features of innovative activity of the enterprise, to substantiate the system of methods of analysis of organizational and economic support of innovative development. The results of the study suggest the following: the measures developed will enhance the innovation potential of the enterprise, improve the financial performance of the activity, PP «Steiner-Ukraine» recognized the possibility of practical application in the future proposals for raising the level of organizational and economic security.
