Abstract

UA : Дана робота розміщена на 68 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць, 6 графічних рисунків, 9 фотографій. Список літератури включає 62 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – тест-культури Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. та Tritucum hordeus L. Мета роботи – дослідити вплив йонів важких металів на життєздатність тест-об’єктів Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. та Tritucum hordeus L. у присутності гумінових речовин. В результаті проведення дослідження було встановлено, що гумінові речовини здатні виявляти детоксикаційну дію на тест-культури Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. та Tritucum hordeus L. в присутності йонів Кадмію. Новизна роботи – вперше було проведено дослідження з характеру впливу йонів важких металів на фітоіндикатори Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. та Tritucum hordeus L. у присутності гумінових речовин. Значущість роботи – результати дослідження можна використовувати для екстраполяції даних на інші живі об’єкти для їх детоксикації за впливу йонів важких металів. Результати дослідження можуть бути використанні для біоіндикаційних досліджень та детоксикації живих організмів за впливу йонів важких металів.

The object of study is test-cultures of Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. and Tritucum hordeus L. The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of heavy metal ions on the vital activity of test-objects Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. and Tritucum hordeus L. in the presence of humic substances. As a result of the study, it was found that humic substances are capable of having a detoxifying effect on test-objects Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. and Tritucum hordeus L. in the presence of Cadmium ions. Novelty of work – the first study was conducted on the nature of the influence of heavy metal ions on phytoindicators Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo L. and Tritucum hordeus L. in the presence of humic substances. Significance of work – the results of the study can be used to extrapolate the results to other living objects for their detoxification by the influence of heavy metal ions. The results of the study can be used for bioindicative studies and detoxification of living organisms under the influence of heavy metal ions.
