Удосконалення управління фінансово-господарською діяльністю агрохолдингу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 76 с., 5 рис., 12 табл., 60 джерел. Об'єктом дослідження є ТОВ «Агро-Клас». Предметом дослідження виступає процес управління фінансово- господарською діяльністю агрохолдингу. Метою даної роботи є ретельний аналіз та розробка пропозицій щодо удосконалення управління фінансово-господарською діяльністю агрохолдингу, з урахуванням специфіки галузі та сучасних тенденцій економічного розвитку. Методи дослідження – аналіз і узагальнення літератури з теми дослідження, методи спостереження та порівняння, аналітичний, групування та узагальнення даних, структурні методи аналізу, бібліографічний огляд. Актуальність теми полягає у значущості сільськогосподарського сектору в економіці країни, що ставить перед агрохолдингами завдання не лише забезпечити стале та ефективне виробництво продуктів харчування, але й ефективно управляти своєю фінансово-господарською діяльністю в умовах постійної динаміки економічних та ринкових процесів. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади управління фінансово-господарською діяльністю агрохолдингу. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано та оцінено систему фінансово- господарського управління підприємства та запропоновані шляхи до підвищення ефективності його діяльності.

The subject of the study is the process of managing the financial and economic activities of the agricultural holding. The purpose of this paper is a thorough analysis and development of proposals for improving the management of the financial and economic activities of the agricultural holding, taking into account the specifics of the industry and modern trends in economic development. Research methods are analysis and generalization of literature on the research topic, methods of observation and comparison, analytical, grouping and generalization of data, structural methods of analysis, bibliographic review. The relevance of the topic lies in the importance of the agricultural sector in the country's economy, which poses the task of agricultural holdings not only to ensure sustainable and efficient production of food products, but also to effectively manage their financial and economic activities in the conditions of constant dynamics of economic and market processes. During the research, the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the financial and economic activities of the agricultural holding were considered. On the basis of theoretical material, the system of financial and economic management of the enterprise was analyzed and evaluated, and ways to increase the efficiency of its activity were proposed.
