Соціально-педагогічні аспекти формування професійної мотивації старшокласників

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічної роботи з формування професійної мотивації старшокласників. Об’єкт дослідження: професійна мотивація старшокласників. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічної роботи з формування професійної мотивації старшокласників. Методи дослідження: - теоретичні методи: аналіз наукової літератури для вивчення теоретичних основ досліджуваної проблеми, визначення понятійного апарату дослідження; систематизація й узагальнення наукових поглядів на сутність понять «мотив», «мотивація», «професійна мотивація»; - емпіричні методи: тестування, спостереження, бесіда для вивчення рівня сформованості професійної мотивації старшокласників, розробки програми щодо підвищення рівня професійної мотивації старшокласників. Емпіричні дані оброблялись методами математичної статистики з подальшим якісним обґрунтуванням й узагальненням. Теоретичне значення полягає в сприянні розширення наукових знань про професійну мотивацію старшокласників. Уточнено поняття професійної мотивації та визначено її специфіку в старшому шкільному віці. Розглянуто зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічної роботи з формування професійної мотивації старшокласників. Обґрунтовано гіпотезу дослідження про те, що спеціально розроблена соціально-педагогічна програма з формування професійної мотивації старшокласників сприятиме подальшому успішному професійному самовизначенню означеної категорії та свідомому вибору ними професії. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що розроблена програма щодо підвищення рівня професійної мотивації старшокласників може бути використана в загальноосвітніх школах, професійно-технічних училищах та інших освітніх закладах. Рекомендації, розроблені на підставі вивчених психолого-педагогічних особливостей старшокласників, можуть бути використані соціальними педагогами, психологами, вчителями та іншими фахівцями, які працюють з молоддю. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в підготовці фахівців у галузі соціальної педагогіки, психології та педагогіки. Галузь використання: загальноосвітні школи, професійно-технічні училища та інші освітні заклади.

Research goal: Theoretical justification of the content, forms, and methods of socio-pedagogical work in shaping the professional motivation of high school students. Research methods: - Theoretical methods: Analysis of scientific literature to study the theoretical foundations of the researched problem, definition of the conceptual framework of the study; systematization and generalization of scientific views on the essence of the concepts «motive,» «motivation,» «professional motivation.» - Empirical methods: Testing, observation, interviews to study the level of formation of professional motivation in high school students; development of a program to increase the level of professional motivation in high school students. Empirical data were processed using methods of mathematical statistics with subsequent qualitative justification and generalization. The theoretical significance lies in contributing to the expansion of scientific knowledge about the professional motivation of high school students. The concept of professional motivation has been clarified, and its specificity in the senior high school age has been determined. The content, forms, and methods of socio-pedagogical work in shaping the professional motivation of high school students are considered. The research hypothesis is substantiated that a specially developed socio-pedagogical program for shaping the professional motivation of high school students will contribute to their further successful professional self-determination and conscious choice of a profession. The practical significance of the research is that the developed program to increase the level of professional motivation in high school students can be used in general education schools, vocational schools, and other educational institutions. Recommendations based on the studied psychological and pedagogical features of high school students can be used by social educators, psychologists, teachers, and other professionals working with youth. The research results can be applied in the training of specialists in the field of social pedagogy, psychology, and education.
