Тенденції та перспективи розвитку об'єднаних територіальних громад в умовах соціально-економічного розвитку

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є тенденції та перспективи розвитку об'єднаних територіальних громад в умовах сучасних викликів. Мета роботи – вивчення тенденцій та перспективи розвитку об'єднаних територіальних громад в умовах сучасних викликів. Методи дослідження – статистичний аналіз, графічний, аналітичний, факторний аналіз, діалектичний, абстрактно-логічний, порівняльний аналіз. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи досліджено теоретичні підходи до визначення територіальної громади як суб’єкта управління; розглянуто розвиток територіальних громад; визначено фінансово-економічні механізми регулювання соціально-економічного розвитку територіальних громад. У другому розділі оцінено сучасний стан та напрями розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад в умовах децентралізації; визначено вплив глобалізації на розвиток громад; виокремлено проблеми розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад в Україні. У третьому розділі виокремлено перспективні напрями розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад; охарактеризовано інструменти планування розвитку громад в Україні.

The subject of the study is the trends and prospects of the development of united territorial communities in the conditions of modern challenges. The purpose of the work is to study trends and prospects for the development of united territorial communities in the conditions of modern challenges. Research methods – statistical analysis, graphical, analytical, factor analysis, dialectical, abstract-logical, comparative analysis. In the first chapter of the qualification work, theoretical approaches to the definition of the territorial community as a subject of management were investigated; the development of territorial communities is considered; the financial and economic mechanisms for regulating the socio-economic development of territorial communities are determined. The second chapter assesses the current state and directions of development of united territorial communities in conditions of decentralization; the influence of globalization on the development of communities is determined; problems of the development of united territorial communities in Ukraine are singled out. In the third section, promising directions for the development of united territorial communities are highlighted; the tools of community development planning in Ukraine are characterized.
