Інноваційні технології в управлінні закладом вищої освіти на прикладі ЗНУ

Abstract

UA : Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення цілей та особливостей застосування інноваційних технологій в управлінні закладом вищої освіти на прикладі ЗНУ в умовах сучасних викликів глобалізації. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є система запроваджених інноваційних технологій в управлінні закладом вищої освіти на прикладі ЗНУ в умовах сучасних викликів глобалізації. Застосовувалися методи порівняльного та інституційного аналізу, абстрагування та узагальнення, монографічний, аналізу та синтезу. За їх допомогою здійснено оцінювання особливостей застосування інноваційних технологій в управлінні закладом вищої освіти на прикладі ЗНУ в умовах сучасних викликів глобалізації, а саме аспекти управління закладом вищої освіти: його дефініційна сутність та специфіка, зроблено огляд сучасних підходів впровадження інноваційних технологій в управління закладом вищої освіти, здійснено огляд історичного становлення та організаційної структури Запорізького національного університету, проведено аналіз діяльності закладу вищої освіти Запорізький національний університет, розглянуто особливості використання інноваційних технологій в управлінні закладом вищої освіти Запорізький національний університет, розроблено стратегію запровадження інноваційних технологій в управлінні закладом вищої освіти Запорізький національний університет.

EN : The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the goals and features of the application of innovative technologies in the management of a higher education institution on the example of ZNU in the conditions of modern challenges of globalization. The methods of comparative and institutional analysis, abstraction and generalization, monographic, analysis and synthesis were used. With their help, an evaluation of the features of the application of innovative technologies in the management of a higher education institution was carried out on the example of ZNU in the conditions of modern challenges of globalization, namely, an overview of modern approaches to the implementation of innovative technologies in the management of a higher education institution was made, a review of the historical formation and organizational structure of the Zaporizhia National University was carried out, an analysis of the activity of the higher education institution Zaporizhia National University was carried out, the peculiarities of the use of innovative technologies in the management of the institution of higher education Zaporizhia National University were considered, a strategy for the introduction of innovative technologies in the management of the institution of higher education Zaporizhia National University was developed.
