Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 119 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес здійснення управління фінансовим потенціалом ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні, науково-практичні положення щодо управління та реалізації фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Метою роботи є удосконалення методичних і практичних підходів, щодо управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства та розробка стратегії управління фінансовим потенціалом ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН». Завдання: 1) проаналізувати теоретичну базу щодо управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства ; 2) надати організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН»; 3) провести аналіз майнового стану та фінансових індикаторів ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН» ; 4) дослідити фактори впливу на фінансовий потенціал підприємства; 5) розробити стратегію управління фінансовим потенціалом ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН»; 6) виконати прогноз фінансових показників підприємства на наступний період. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) проведено аналіз майнового та фінансового стану ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН»; 2) запропоновано стратегію управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства; 3) виконано прогноз фінансових показників ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН» на наступний період. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Розроблена стратегія управління фінансовим потенціалом ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН» може бути використана на підприємстві для підвищення ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів.

The object of the study is the process of managing the financial potential of "NIBULON" JV LLC. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodical, scientific and practical provisions regarding the management and implementation of the financial potential of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to improve methodical and practical approaches to managing the financial potential of the enterprise and to develop a strategy for managing the financial potential of "NIBULON" JV LLC. To achieve the goal, the tasks are set: to investigate the essence and features of the concept of the financial potential of the enterprise; analyze the theoretical basis for managing the financial potential of the enterprise; provide organizational and economic characteristics of "NIBULON" JV LLC; conduct an analysis of the property status and financial indicators of "NIBULON" JV LLC; to investigate the factors influencing the financial potential of the enterprise; develop a strategy for managing the financial potential of "NIBULON" JV LLC; perform a forecast of the enterprise's financial indicators for the next period. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) an analysis of the property and financial condition of "NIBULON" JV LLC was carried out; 2) a strategy for managing the financial potential of the enterprise was developed; 3) the forecast of financial indicators of "NIBULON" JV LLC for the next period has been completed. The results of the study are aimed at improving and optimizing the financial potential management process at the NIBULON JV LLC with the aim of increasing the efficiency of operations and the use of financial resources in today's conditions. 6

Practical significance of the obtained results. The developed strategy for managing the financial potential of "NIBULON" JV LLC and ways to improve the business activity and financial stability of the enterprise can be used by the company to increase the efficiency of the use of financial resources.
