Особливості психоемоційних станів неврологічних хворих серед внутрішньо переміщених осіб

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – психоемоційні стани внутрішньо переміщених осіб з неврологічними захворюваннями. Актуальність дослідження базується на необхідності розуміння та вирішення проблем психологічного та емоційного благополуччя тих, хто стикається з подвійним викликом – втратою домівки та неврологічними захворюваннями. Сьогодні Україна займає дев‘яте місце у світі за кількістю внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО) - в країні понад 1,6 мільйона ВПО і, на жаль, ситуація суттєво не покращується. Масштабні вимушені внутрішні міграції останні років не могли не відбитися на стані здоров‘я як певної соціальної групи (ВПО), так і на стані здоров‘я населення у країні загалом. Тому визначення емоційного стану вказаної групи населення України має значення як для профілактики збільшення поширеності психопатології, так і для своєчасної діагностики та лікування цього контингенту. Здійснення наукового аналізу в даній області свідчить про значний інтерес науковців та фахівців до питань психоемційного стану внутрішньо переміщених осіб з неврологічними діагнозами. Останні дослідження та публікації надають можливість докладніше вивчити взаємозв'язок між психічним здоров'ям та неврологічними захворюваннями серед цієї категорії населення. Наукова новизна полягає у розгляді впливу внутрішнього переміщення на психоемоційний стан неврологічних хворих, що є досить мало вивченою областю. Дослідження може надати нові уявлення про взаємодію стресових чинників та неврологічних захворювань в умовах внутрішнього переміщення, що робить його унікальним в контексті клінічної психології та медичних досліджень.

EN : The work is presented on 47 pages of printed text, 10 tables, 1 appendix. The list of references includes 42 sources. The object of the research is psycho-emotional states of internally displaced persons with neurological diseases. The relevance of the study is based on the need to understand and solve the problems of psychological and emotional well-being of those who face the double challenge of homelessness and neurological diseases. Today, Ukraine ranks ninth in the world in terms of the number of internally displaced persons (IDPs) - there are more than 1.6 million IDPs in the country and, unfortunately, the situation is not improving significantly. Large-scale forced internal migrations in recent years could not help but affect the health of a certain social group (IDPs), as well as the health of the population in the country as a whole. Therefore, determining the emotional state of the indicated group of the population of Ukraine is important both for the prevention of the increase in the prevalence of psychopathology, and for the timely diagnosis and treatment of this contingent. The implementation of scientific analysis in this area shows the significant interest of scientists and specialists in the psychoemotional state of internally displaced persons with neurological diagnoses. Recent research and publications provide an opportunity to further explore the relationship between mental health and neurological disease in this population. The scientific novelty consists in considering the influence of internal displacement on the psycho-emotional state of neurological patients, which is a relatively little studied area. The research may provide new insights into the interaction of stressors and neurological diseases in the context of internal displacement, making it unique in the context of clinical psychology and medical research.
