Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити педагогічні умови формування педагогічної майстерності майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти засобами інтерактивних технологій. Об’єкт дослідження – підготовка майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти до професійної діяльності. Предмет дослідження – педагогічні умови формування педагогічної майстерності майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти засобами інтерактивних технологій. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано стан дослідженості проблеми, визначено сутність основних дефініцій дослідження («професійна компетентність», «педагогічна майстерність») та виявлено особливості процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти; виявлено та теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови застосування засобів інтерактивних технологій у підготовці майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти; уточнено компоненти, удосконалено критерії й показники рівнів сформованості педагогічної майстерності майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти і визначено стан її сформованості; розроблено та експериментально перевірено ефективність моделі формування педагогічної майстерності майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти засобами інтерактивних технологій.

The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of pedagogical skills of future teachers of preschool education institutions by means of interactive technologies. The object of the research is the preparation of future teachers of preschool education institutions for professional activities. The subject of the study is the pedagogical conditions for the formation of pedagogical skills of future teachers of preschool education institutions by means of interactive technologies. In the qualification work, the state of research of the problem was analyzed, the essence of the main definitions of the research ("professional competence", "pedagogical skill") was determined, and the peculiarities of the process of professional training of future teachers of preschool education institutions were revealed; identified and theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions for the use of interactive technologies in the training of future teachers of preschool education institutions; the components were clarified, the criteria and indicators of the levels of pedagogical mastery of future teachers of preschool education institutions were improved, and the state of its formation was determined; developed and experimentally verified the effectiveness of the model of formation of pedagogical skills of future teachers of preschool education institutions by means of interactive technologies.
