Мета: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити ефективності педагогічних умов формування інформаційно-комунікаціної компетенції, як ключової для майбутнього педагога. Об'єкт дослідження: навчальний процес підготовки майбутніх педагогів. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування інформаційно-комунікаціної компетенції, як ключової компетенції майбутнього педагога. У роботі здійснено науково-теоретичний аналіз сутності компетентнісного підходу; проаналізовано підходи до визначення ключових компетентностей та класифікацію основних видів ключових компетентностей сучасного педагога; виявити місце інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності педагога серед основних видів ключових компетентностей; досліджено педагогічні умови формування інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності студентів педагогічних вишів. Практичне значення роботи полягає в експериментальній перевірці ефективності педагогічних умов формування інформаційно-комунікаціної компетенції.

Purpose: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of information and communication competence, as a key for the future teacher. Object of research: the educational process of training future teachers. The subject of the study: pedagogical conditions for the formation of information and communication competence, as a key competence of the future teacher. The work carries out a scientific and theoretical analysis of the essence of the competence approach; approaches to defining key competencies and classification of the main types of key competencies of a modern teacher are analyzed; identify the place of the teacher's information and communication competence among the main types of key competences; the pedagogical conditions for the formation of information and communication competence of students of pedagogical universities were investigated. The practical significance of the work lies in the experimental verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of information and communication competence.
