Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити ефективність педагогічних умов виховання гуманних взаємовідносин вихователя й учнів початкових класів у групі продовженого дня. Предмет дослідження – педагогічні умови виховання гуманних взаємовідносин вихователя і учнів початкових класів у групі продовженого дня. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано стан дослідженості проблеми виховання гуманних взаємовідносин в умовах групи продовженого дня у літературі й уточнено сутність поняття «гуманні взаємовідносини»; розкрито особливості виховання гуманних взаємовідносин вихователя і учнів початкових класів у групі продовженого дня; визначено компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні сформованості гуманних взаємовідносин вихователя й учнів початкових класів у групі продовженого дня; розроблено модель виховання гуманних взаємовідносин вихователя і учнів початкових класів у групі продовженого дня; обґрунтувано та експериментально перевірено ефективність педагогічних умов виховання гуманних взаємовідносин вихователя й учнів початкових класів у групі продовженого дня.

The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the education of humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group. The object of the study is the process of fostering humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group. The subject of the research is the pedagogical conditions for fostering humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group. In the qualification work, the state of research on the problem of nurturing humane relationships in the conditions of the extended day group in the literature was analyzed and the essence of the concept of "humane relationships" was clarified; the peculiarities of the education of humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group are revealed; the components, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group are determined; a model for the education of humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group was developed; the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions for the education of humane relationships between the teacher and primary school students in the extended day group was substantiated and experimentally verified.
