Організаційно-технологічне забезпечення енергоефективної реконструкції залізничного вокзалу у м. Харків

Abstract

UA : В роботі розглядаються питання пов’язані з ефективністю реконструкції залізничного вокзалу. Приділено увагу зарубіжному досвіду оптимізації будівель , станцій залізничного транспорту. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки реконструкцій. Наведено приклади реконструкцій вокзалів України та світу. Проведено аналіз ефективних методів і технологій модернізації будівель під сучасні норми та вимоги залізничних перевезень. Досліджено економічні та енергетичні аспекти реконструкції. Розроблено та визначено оптимальний організаційно-технологічний план реконструкції залізничного вокзалу з метою підвищення його енергоефективності та сталого функціонування.

EN : The paper discusses issues related to the efficiency of the reconstruction of the railway station. Attention is paid to foreign experience in optimizing buildings and railway stations. The advantages and disadvantages of reconstructions are considered. Examples of reconstructions of railway stations in Ukraine and the world are given. An analysis of effective methods and technologies for the modernization of buildings to meet modern standards and requirements of rail transportation is carried out. The economic and energy aspects of reconstruction are studied. An optimal organizational and technological plan for the reconstruction of the railway station in order to increase its energy efficiency and sustainable operation has been developed and determined.
