Дослідження технології ліквідації крену баштових споруд

Abstract

UA : У даній роботі розглядається проблема деформованих висотних споруд в Україні. Причинами зростання кількості деформацій та аварійних ситуацій споруд баштового типу є різні фактори техногенного та природного чинників. Тому збереження будівельних конструкцій в належному стані є вельми актуальним питанням. В роботі виконаний огляд існуючих методів вирівнювання будівель і споруд, досліджено фактори, що впливають на процес вирівнювання нахилених будівель та споруд. На основі досліджень удосконалена технологія і технологічне оснащення для ліквідації кренів споруд баштового типу. Виконаний економічний аналіз розробленої технологій, отриманий економічний ефект.

EN : This paper examines the problem of deformed high-rise buildings in Ukraine. The reasons for the increase in the number of deformations and emergency situations of tower-type structures are various man-made and natural factors. Therefore, preservation of building structures in proper condition is a very urgent issue. The paper reviews the existing methods of leveling buildings and structures, investigates the factors affecting the process of leveling inclined buildings and structures. On the basis of research, the technology and technological equipment for the elimination of tilting of tower-type buildings have been improved. An economic analysis of the developed technologies was performed, and the economic effect obtained.
