Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено наукові засади цифровізації будівельної організації як чинника ефективного розвитку будівельної галузі. Проаналізовано понятійно-категоріальний апарат удосконалення будівельної організації. З’ясовано зарубіжні концепції удосконалення цифровізації будівельної організації. Проаналізовано діагностику проблем удосконалення напрямів цифровізації будівельної організації. Сформовано модель цифровізації будівельної організації. Розроблено напрями удосконалення цифровізації будівельної організації як чинника ефективного розвитку будівельної галузі.

EN : The scientific basis of digitization of the construction organization as a factor in the effective development of the construction industry was investigated in the qualification work. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of improvement of construction organization is analyzed. Foreign concepts of improving the digitalization of the construction organization have been clarified. The diagnostics of the problems of improving the areas of digitization of the construction organization were analyzed. A digitalization model of the construction organization has been created. Directions for improving the digitalization of the construction organization as a factor in the effective development of the construction industry have been developed.
