Abstract

UA : Сформульовано основні принципи організації ритмічного будівельного потоку для розроблюваної моделі ШМБ, що дозволяють домогтися скорочення термінів будівництва за рахунок безперервності виконання основних процесів. Отримала розвиток технологія зведення основних несучих конструкцій будівель за рахунок оптимізації опалубних, арматурних і бетонних робіт. Показані способи детального підбору елементів опалубки, оптимізації їх використання та підвищення оборотності. Показані способи скорочення часу на армування конструкцій за рахунок перенесення значного обсягу робіт в арматурну майстерню, поділу ланок арматурників, максимальної механізації процесів армування. Показані способи збільшення швидкості і продуктивності бетонування із застосуванням декількох цебер, із застосуванням бетононасоса і автобетононасоса, із застосуванням змішаного способу.

EN : The basic principles of the organization of a rhythmic construction flow for the developed model of the ShMB were formulated, which allow to achieve a reduction in construction terms due to the continuity of the main processes. The technology of erecting the main load-bearing structures of buildings was developed due to the optimization of formwork, reinforcement and concrete works. Methods of detailed selection of formwork elements, optimization of their use and increase of reversibility are shown. Ways to reduce the time for reinforcing structures due to the transfer of a significant amount of work to the rebar workshop, the division of armature workers, and the maximum mechanization of the reinforcement processes are shown. Methods of increasing the speed and productivity of concreting with the use of several buckets, with the use of a concrete pump and truck-mounted concrete pump, with the use of a mixed method are shown.
