Управління фінансовою стійкістю в системі менеджменту бізнес-процесів малого підприємства

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – підприємство малого бізнесу ПП «Ромі». Предмет дослідження – управління фінансовою стійкістю на підприємстві малого бізнесу ПП «Ромі». Мета роботи - розробка ефективної системи управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства, а також рекомендацій з удосконалення управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства в умовах ринкової трансформації. Методи дослідження: метод економічних оцінок, метод економічного аналізу, метод аналітичних коефіцієнтів, горизонтальний та вертикальний аналіз. В ході дослідження проаналізовано сутність управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства, а саме поняття і значення фінансової стійкості, а також факторів забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємств, здійснено аналіз фінансової стійкості підприємства малого бізнесу ПП "Ромі", досліджено фінансові результати діяльності ПП "Ромі", проаналізовано показники фінансової стійкості ПП "Ромі". Крім того, визначено основні напрямки розробки стратегії управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства та визначено можливості врахування економічних ризиків при розробці стратегії управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства.

EN : The object of the research is a small business enterprise of PE "Romi". The subject of the study is the management of financial stability at the small business enterprise of PE "Romi". The purpose of the work is to develop an effective system for managing the financial stability of the enterprise, as well as recommendations for improving the management of the financial stability of the enterprise in the conditions of market transformation. Research methods: the method of economic evaluations, the method of economic analysis, the method of analytical coefficients, horizontal and vertical analysis. In the course of the study, the essence of managing the financial stability of the enterprise was analyzed, namely the concept and meaning of financial stability, as well as factors ensuring the financial stability of enterprises, the analysis of the financial stability of the small business enterprise "Romi" PE was carried out, the financial results of the activities of the "Romi" PE were analyzed, the indicators of financial sustainability of "Romi" PE. In addition, the main areas of development of the strategy of managing the financial stability of the enterprise are defined and the possibilities of taking economic risks into account when developing the strategy of managing the financial stability of the enterprise are determined.
