Когнітивне моделювання розвитку промисловості Запорізької області

Abstract

UA : Актуальність моделювання розвитку промисловості зумовлена необхідністю прийняття стратегічних рішень в управлінні соціально-економічним розвитком територій (країни, регіону, області). У першому розділі роботи розглянуто промисловість як складову економічного розвитку регіону, проаналізовано показники розвитку промисловості, представлено аналіз сучасних досліджень щодо розвитку промисловості. В другому розділі досліджено моделі та методи прогнозування, наведено класифікацію прогнозів та методів прогнозування, досліджено доцільність застосування методу когнітивного моделювання розвитку сфер економічної діяльності, розроблено когнітивну модель розвитку промисловості регіону. В третьому розділі проаналізовано динаміку розвитку промисловості Запорізької області, побудовано прогноз розвитку промисловості Запорізької області із застосуванням запропонованої когнітивної моделі. Оцінено точність побудованого прогнозу із застосуванням мір точності.

EN : The relevance of industrial development modeling is due to the need to make strategic decisions in managing the socio-economic development of territories (country, region, region). In the first chapter of the work, industry is considered as a component of the economic development of the region, the indicators of industry development are analyzed, and the analysis of modern research on the development of industry is presented. In the second chapter, forecasting models and methods are investigated, the classification of forecasts and forecasting methods is given, the expediency of using the method of cognitive modeling of the development of economic activities is investigated, and a cognitive model of the development of the region's industry is developed. In the third chapter, the dynamics of the development of the industry of the Zaporizhzhia region is analyzed, a forecast of the development of the industry of the Zaporizhzhia region is constructed using the proposed cognitive model. The accuracy of the built forecast was assessed using accuracy measures.
