Аналіз та удосконалення конструкції вузлів обладнання для вилучення зливків з виливниць

Abstract

UA : Проаналізовані переваги та недоліки наявних технічних рішень спрямованих на підвищення ефективності роботи пристроїв для вилучення зливків з виливниці. Запропонований варіант модернізації стриперного крана. Проведено аналіз факторів впливу на зусилля вилучення зливка з виливниці. Розроблено математичну модель залежності сили виштовхування від кута нахилу стінок виливниці та коефіцієнта тертя.

EN : The advantages and disadvantages of existing technical solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of devices for extracting ingots from the mold are analyzed. An option for modernizing a stripper crane is proposed. An analysis of the factors influencing the efforts to extract the ingot from the mold was carried out. A mathematical model has been developed for the dependence of the pushing force on the angle of inclination of the mold walls and the friction coefficient.
