Гендерні особливості конфліктності здобувачів освіти під час дистанційного навчання

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 52 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 35 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – конфліктні форми поведінки. Сучасне життя рясніє значною кількістю прикладів проявів конфліктності та агресії, як у хлопців, так і у дівчат підліткового віку. Водночас, незважаючи на те, що традиційно агресія вивчалася майже виключно в гендерному аспекті, низка психологічних досліджень продемонструвала важливість врахування саме цього аспекту в досліджуваній тематиці. Актуальність порушених нами питань пов’язана, по-перше, з тим, що гендерна специфіка особистісної агресії та конфліктів підлітків має значний вплив на їхню поведінку та соціальний статус, а по -друге, з тим, що порушені нами питання потребують подальшого уточнення, незважаючи на значну кількість досліджень, які були проведені в цьому напрямку. Слід також розуміти, що статеве дозрівання, через значні фізіологічні та поведінкові зміни в організмі, спричиняє найбільш суттєві зміни вищезгаданих симптомів. Суб’єктивно підлітки відчувають себе дорослими, але об’єктивно діти цього віку мають лише зовнішні ознаки дорослості і не можуть нести повну відповідальність за своє життя в соціально-економічному плані. Тому вивчення особливостей агресивної та конфліктної поведінки допомагає не тільки запобігати та контролювати агресію, але й більш повно зрозуміти фактори, що сприяють розвитку та вирішенню конфліктів у підлітковому середовищі. Проблема конфліктів є однією з найактуальніших на сьогоднішній день, і її вирішення вимагає не тільки ґрунтовних знань, а й готовності самих учасників навчитися уникати конфліктів і вирішувати проблеми. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів: подальшого розвитку отримали науково психологічні знання, щодо агресивної поведінки взагалі та гендерні особливості прояву конфліктності та агресивності у підлітків; уточнено інформацію щодо особливостей гендерної поведінки під час проявів конфліктності та агресивності; емпірично підтверджено ефективність використання корекційної програми щодо зниження рівня конфліктності та агресивності.

EN : The work is presented on 52 pages of printed text, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 35 sources. The object of research is conflict forms of behavior. Modern life is replete with a significant number of examples of conflict and aggression, both in adolescent boys and girls. At the same time, despite the fact that aggression has traditionally been studied almost exclusively from a gender perspective, a number of psychological studies have demonstrated the importance of taking this aspect into account in the research topic. The relevance of the issues raised by us is connected, firstly, with the fact that the gender specificity of personal aggression and conflicts of teenagers has a significant impact on their behavior and social status, and secondly, with the fact that the issues raised by us require further clarification, despite on a significant number of studies that have been conducted in this direction. It should also be understood that puberty, due to significant physiological and behavioral changes in the body, causes the most significant changes in the above-mentioned symptoms. Subjectively, teenagers feel like adults, but objectively, children of this age have only external signs of adulthood and cannot bear full responsibility for their lives in the socio-economic plan. Therefore, studying the characteristics of aggressive and conflict behavior helps not only to prevent and control aggression, but also to more fully understand the factors that contribute to the development and resolution of conflicts in the adolescent environment. The problem of conflicts is one of the most relevant today, and its solution requires not only thorough knowledge, but also the readiness of the participants themselves to learn how to avoid conflicts and solve problems. The scientific novelty of the obtained results: scientific psychological knowledge regarding aggressive behavior in general and gender specifics of the manifestation of conflict and aggressiveness in teenagers received further development; information on the specifics of gender behavior during manifestations of conflict and aggressiveness has been clarified; the effectiveness of using the correctional program in reducing the level of conflict and aggressiveness has been empirically confirmed.
