Формування комунікативної компетентності майбутнього фахівця банківської сфери засобами освітнього середовища

Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування комунікативної компетентності студентів – майбутніх фахівців банківської сфери. Предмет дослідження: особливості формування комунікативної компетентності студентів – майбутніх фахівців банківської сфери в умовах цифровізації освітнього середовища. Мета дослідження: дослідити теоретичні підходи та проаналізувати вплив засобів цифровізації освітнього середовища на формування комунікативної компетентності студентів – майбутніх фахівців банківської сфери. У роботі визначено поняття і категорії дослідження; розкрито роль і специфіку комунікативної компетентності фахівця банківської сфери; досліджено підходи до визначення поняття «освітнє середовище»; схарактеризовано засоби цифровізації освітнього середовища; проаналізовано середовищний ресурс ПриватБанку як умову розвитку комунікативної компетентності фахівців. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в розробці методичних матеріалів щодо розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців банківської справи в процесі професійної підготовки. Матеріали дослідження можуть бути впроваджені до системи підготовки, перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації фахівців банківської справи, а також в освітній процес закладів вищої освіти.

The subject of the study: peculiarities of the formation of communicative competence of students - future professionals of the banking sphere in the conditions of digitalization of the educational environment. The purpose of the study: to investigate theoretical approaches and analyze the influence of means of digitalization of the educational environment on the formation of communicative competence of students - future specialists in the banking sector. The concept and categories of research are defined in the work; the role and specifics of the communicative competence of a specialist in the banking sector are revealed; approaches to defining the concept of "educational environment" were investigated; the means of digitalization of the educational environment are characterized; the environmental resource of PrivatBank was analyzed as a condition for the development of communication competence of specialists. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of methodological materials for the development of communicative competence of future banking specialists in the process of professional training. Research materials can be introduced into the system of training, retraining and advanced training of banking specialists, as well as into the educational process of higher education institutions.
