Сучасні види інформаційної продукції українських бібліотек в умовах цифровізації суспільства

Abstract

UA : Для виконання кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра «Сучасні види інформаційної продукції українських бібліотек в умовах цифровізації суспільства» використано 52 джерела. Об'єктом дослідження є інформаційна продукція запорізьких бібліотек, зокрема, контент соцмереж КЗ ЗОУНБ, Центральної міської бібліотеки Запоріжжя для дорослих та цифрові проєкти Наукової бібліотеки ЗНУ. Предметом дослідження є інформаційно-комунікаційна та інформаційно-аналітична діяльність запорізьких бібліотек, використання новітніх технологій в умовах сьогодення. Мета дослідження – виявити провідні напрямки розвитку новітніх форм інформаційних продуктів і послуг регіональних бібліотек в умовах цифровізації. Щоб досягти цієї мети, поставлені такі завдання: 1) окреслити теоретичні засади дослідження сучасних напрямків інформаційно-аналітичної діяльності бібліотек; 2) виявити тенденції трансформації бібліотечних продуктів і послуг в умовах диджиталізацї; 3) охарактеризувати новітні напрямки діяльності запорізьких бібліотек, пов’язані з цифровізацією; 4) розглянути сучасні інформаційно-аналітичні продукти й послуги публічних бібліотек Запоріжжя; 5) проаналізувати цифрові бібліотечні проєкти Наукової бібліотеки ЗНУ. Методи дослідження: метод спостереження застосований у цій роботі під час аналізу наукової літератури та публікацій відомих науковців з даної теми; аналітично-порівняльний та метод кейсів використано для зіставлення інформаційно-аналітичної роботи запорізьких бібліотек; описовий метод застосовано для розкриття впливу диджиталізації на їх діяльність. Методи класифікації та узагальнення використані для аналізу бібліотечних послуг і продуктів та формулювання висновків. Методологічну і теоретичну основу дослідження складають праці, присвячені інформаційно-аналітичній діяльності та продукції сучасних бібліотек таких науковців, як В. Варенко, Т. Гранчак, І. Давидова, В. Загуменна, О. Кобєлєв, В. Мєдвєдєва, Л. Пестрецова, Г. Сілкова, а також дослідників інніоваційних бібліотечних процесів Т. Коваль, Т. Колесникової, О. Кузьменко, К. Лобузіної, О. Лопати, А. Овсієнко, А. Ржеуського, Н. Соколовської, В. Степанова та інших. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що здійснено сучасних тенденцій розвитку інформаційно-аналітичної діяльності українських бібліотек в умовах цифровізації та воєнного стану на прикладі запорізьких книгозбірень. Вперше досліджено новітню інформаційну продукцію КЗ ЗОУНБ та цифрові проєкти Наукової бібліотеки ЗНУ. Сфера застосування: результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для розвитку сучасних українських бібліотек та покращення їх роботи з метою задоволення потреб споживачів і ефективної інформаційно-комунікаційної діяльності.

The object of the study is the information products of Zaporizhia libraries, in particular, the content of the social networks of the ZOUNB Central Library, the Zaporizhia Central City Library for Adults, and the digital projects of the Scientific Library of ZNU. The subject of the study is the information-communication and informationanalytical activity of Zaporizhia libraries, the use of the latest technologies in today's conditions. The purpose of the research is to identify the leading directions of the development of the latest forms of information products and services of regional libraries in the conditions of digitization. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set: 1) to outline the theoretical foundations of the study of modern areas of information and analytical activity of libraries; 2) identify trends in the transformation of library products and services in conditions of digitalization; 3) to characterize the latest directions of activity of Zaporizhzhia libraries related to digitization; 4) consider modern information and analytical products and services of Zaporizhzhia public libraries; 5) analyze the digital library projects of the ZNU Scientific Library. Research methods: the observation method is used in this work during the analysis of scientific literature and publications of famous scientists on this topic; analytical-comparative and case methods were used to compare the informationanalytical work of Zaporizhzhia libraries; the descriptive method is applied to reveal the impact of digitalization on their activities. Methods of classification and generalization are used to analyze library services and products and formulate conclusions. The methodological and theoretical basis of the research is made up of the works devoted to the information and analytical activities and products of modern libraries by such scientists as V. Varenko, T. Granchak, V. Zagumenna, O. Kobelev, V. Medvedeva, L. Pestretsova, G. Silkova, and as well as researchers of innovative library processes T. Koval, T. Kolesnikova, O. Kuzmenko, K. Lobuzina, O. Lopaty, A. Ovsienko, A. Rzheusky, N. Sokolovska, V. Stepanov and others. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that modern trends in the development of information and analytical activities of Ukrainian libraries in the conditions of digitalization and martial law have been implemented using the example of Zaporizhia book collections. For the first time, the latest information products of the ZOUNB KZ and digital projects of the Scientific Library of ZNU were investigated. Scope: the results of the study can be useful for the development of modern Ukrainian libraries and improving their work in order to meet the needs of consumers and effective information and communication activities.
