Діагностика комерційної діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Урожай»

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: комерційна діяльність ТОВ «УРОЖАЙ». Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів організації щодо функціонування та визначення показників ефективності комерційної діяльності підприємства хлібопекарської галузі. Мета дослідження: узагальнення теоретичних аспектів комерційної діяльності підприємства, розробка практичних і методичних підходів та рекомендацій для оцінки ефективності комерційної діяльності підприємства задля пошуку шляхів підвищення його конкурентоспроможності на ринку в умовах воєнного стану. В даній кваліфікаційній роботі було систематизовано погляди науковців на складові категорії та зміст комерційної діяльності торговельного підприємства, показники її ефективності. Згідно цього було виявлено, що системний підхід є необхідною умовою управління підприємством і передбачає формування відповідної системи управління його комерційною діяльністю як складової загальної системи управління підприємством. В роботі були запропоновані рекомендації щодо покращення упpaвління кoмepційнoю діяльністю підпpиємствa. Були систематизовані причини, що мають негативний, деструктивний вплив на діяльність підприємства. На основі аналізу комерційної діяльності узагальнено найбільш ефективні та діючі антикризови заходи, що орієнтовані на зростання обсягів збуту, підвищення рівня лояльності клієнтів. Також запропоновані методи підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства ТОВ «УРОЖАЙ».

EN : The research object is the commercial activity of UROZHAI LLC. The research subject encompasses theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the organization related to the functioning and determination of indicators of effectiveness of the commercial activity of the enterprise in the bakery industry. The research objective is the generalization of theoretical aspects of the commercial activity of the enterprise and the development of methodological approaches and practical recommendations for evaluation of the effectiveness of the commercial activity of the enterprise in order to find ways to increase its competitiveness in the market under martial law conditions. This thesis systematizes the views of scientists regarding the content and components of the commercial activity category of a trading enterprise, indicators of its effectiveness. According to this, it was found that a systematic approach is a necessary condition for managing a trading enterprise, which includes forming an appropriate management system for its commercial activity as a component of the general management system of the enterprise. Recommendations for improving the management of the commercial activity of the enterprise are proposed in this thesis to be used during the practical activity. The thesis systematizes the factors that have a negative, destructive impact on the activity of the enterprise. Based on the commercial activity analysis, the most effective and active anti-crisis measures, aimed at increasing sales volumes and enhancing the level of customer loyalty are summarized. Methods to impove the financial stability of UROZHAI LLC are also proposed.
