Управління консультаційними послугами Запорізької торгово-промислової палати в сфері ЗЕД в умовах скорочення експорту

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – консультаційне забезпечення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Предмет дослідження - функції та задачі торгово-промислових палат у розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств регіону. Методи дослідження: економіко-статистичні, економіко-математичні та логічні. Метою роботи - розробка методичних засад підвищення ефективності діяльності регіональних торгово-промислових палат з метою вдосконалення регіональної інфраструктури зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Специфікою даної роботи є вирішення у ній наступних завдань: визначено сутність та складові елементи інфраструктури ЗЕД; досліджено роль торгово-промислової палати в системі інфраструктури зовнішньоекономічної діяльності регіону; проаланізовано моделі розвитку торгово-промислових палат як складових елементів інфраструктури ЗЕД; визначено особливості діяльності регіональних торгово–промислових палат у системі інфраструктурного забезпечення ЗЕД в Україні; досліджено функції Запорізької торгово-промислової палати у системі інфраструктурного забезпечення ЗЕД Запорізького регіону; здійснено аналіз поточної діяльності ЗТПП щодо вдосконалення інфраструктури забезпечення ЗЕД підприємств. На основі виконаного дослідження визначено систему перспективних заходів щодо формування та розвитку інфраструктури ЗЕД регіону, а також напрямки вдосконалення інфраструктури ЗЕД підприємств регіону засобами ЗТПП.

EN : The object of the research is consulting support for foreign economic activity. The subject of the study is the functions and tasks of the chambers of commerce and industry in the development of foreign economic activity of the region's enterprises. Research methods: economic-statistical, economic-mathematical and logical. The purpose of the work is to develop methodological principles for increasing the efficiency of regional chambers of commerce and industry with the aim of improving the regional infrastructure of foreign economic activity. The specificity of this work is the solution of the following tasks: the essence and constituent elements of the infrastructure of the ZED are determined; the role of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the infrastructure system of the region's foreign economic activity was investigated; the development models of chambers of commerce and industry as constituent elements of the infrastructure of the economic zone are pro-alanized; the specifics of the activity of regional chambers of commerce and industry in the system of infrastructural support of trade fairs in Ukraine are determined; the functions of the Zaporizhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the system of infrastructural support of the ZED of the Zaporizhia region were investigated; an analysis of the current activity of the State Economic and Trade Commission regarding the improvement of the infrastructure for providing the enterprises with EZD was carried out. On the basis of the completed research, a system of promising measures for the formation and development of the infrastructure of the regional trade fair is determined, as well as the directions for improving the trade fair infrastructure of the region's enterprises by the means of trade fairs.
