Вона відіграє значну роль у формуванні особистості, оскільки без неї неможливе ефективне навчання та розвиток бажання до самовдосконалення, саморозвитку та самоосвіти. Мотивація не лише сприяє розумовому розвитку, але й стає тягучою силою в удосконаленні особистості взагалі.
