Abstract

У більшості кримінальних кодексів країн світу, в тому числі вітчизняних, встановлено, що кожна особа підлягає притягненню до відповідальності і покаранню за шкоду, заподіяну своїми суспільно небезпечними діями, лише за умови усвідомлення суспільного змісту і значення цих дій. вчинений і міг регулювати власну поведінку, тобто коли свідомість і воля індивіда відображаються в досконалому.
