Сучасні психологи вважають, що люди з розвиненим емоційним інтелектом є чудовими командними гравцями та лідерами. Вони вміють домовлятися, отримувати бажане і справляти гарне враження. Діагностика емоційної сфери особистості є важливим аспектом психологічної практики, оскільки емоції впливають на поведінкове, когнітивне та фізіологічне функціонування. Diagnosis of the emotional sphere of the individual is an important aspect of psychological practice, since emotions affect behavioral, cognitive, and physiological functioning. Diagnostics of the emotional sphere includes a number of methods and tools that help to investigate emotional states, reactions and the impact of emotions on a person's life and functioning.
