Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: копінг-стратегії цивільного населення під час військового конфлікту. Ситуація повномасштабної війни в Україні – це поєднання надзвичайних ситуацій внаслідок потенціального ризику та фактичного застосування сучасних засобів ураження (ядерна, хімічна, біологічна зброя), що призводять до загибелі людей, тварин і рослин, руйнування і пошкодження об'єктів народного господарства, елементів навколишнього природного середовища. Враховуючи постійну загрозу життю цивільного населення, ситуацію можна віднести до критичної. Важливе місце в психології протягом останнього десятиліття посідає вивчення проблем стресу і травми, спричинених війною, а також типів людських реакцій на ці ситуації та їхнього впливу на особистість. Сьогоднішні військові реалії, безсумнівно, є викликом для українських психологів. Розуміння особливостей копінг-стратегій та їх відповідності ступеню впливу травматичних подій є необхідним для розробки подальших рекомендацій щодо психологічного консультування цивільного населення в умовах війни. Наукова новизна: теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в необхідності систематизувати наукове знання про стратегії подолання та визначити, які з них є найбільш характерними для цивільного населення, яке перебувало під окупацією.

The situation of a full-scale war in Ukraine is a combination of emergency situations due to the potential risk and the actual use of modern means of destruction (nuclear, chemical, biological weapons), which lead to the death of people, animals and plants, the destruction and damage of objects of the national economy, elements of the surrounding natural environment environment Considering the constant threat to the lives of the civilian population, the situation can be classified as critical. An important place in psychology during the last decade has been the study of the problems of stress and trauma caused by war, as well as the types of human reactions to these situations and their impact on the personality. Today's military realities are undoubtedly a challenge for Ukrainian psychologists. Understanding the peculiarities of coping strategies and their correspondence to the degree of impact of traumatic events is necessary for the development of further recommendations for psychological counseling of the civilian population in conditions of war. Scientific novelty: the theoretical significance of the study lies in the need to systematize scientific knowledge about coping strategies and determine which of them are most characteristic of the civilian population that was under occupation.
