Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Можливості використання франчайзингу в індустрії ресторанного господарства Запорізького регіону»: 67 сторінок, 12 таблиць, 7 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 25 найменувань. Об’єктом дослідження є сфера ресторанного бізнесу Запорізького регіону, на прикладі Pizza Celentano Ristorante в м. Запоріжжя, що працює на умовах франчайзингу. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз практичних аспектів франчайзингу як технології підприємницької діяльності в сфері ресторанного бізнесу Запорізького регіону. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної роботи зумовлена потенціалом франчайзингу, який дозволяє підприємцям виходити на нові ринки та розвивати свій бізнес зі зниженими ризиками, а також пропонує вже існуючим компаніям спосіб розширити сферу свого впливу без необхідності великих інвестицій у нові локації. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи використання франчайзингу в індустрії ресторанного господарства. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність Pizza Celentano Ristorante, а також запропоновано заходи щодо можливостей використання франчайзингу в індустрії ресторанного господарства Запорізького регіону. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом Pizza Celentano Ristorante в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The object of the research is the restaurant business of the Zaporizhia region, using the example of Pizza Celentano Ristorante in the city of Zaporizhia, which operates under franchising conditions. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the practical aspects of franchising as a technology of entrepreneurial activity in the field of restaurant business in the Zaporizhzhia region. Research methods are descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance sheet, method of statistical analysis, grouping and generalization of data, expert assessments. The relevance of the topic of this work is determined by the potential of franchising, which allows entrepreneurs to enter new markets and develop their business with reduced risks, and also offers existing companies a way to expand their sphere of influence without the need for large investments in new locations. During the work, the theoretical basis of franchising in the restaurant industry was considered. On the basis of theoretical material, the activity of Pizza Celentano Ristorante was analyzed, as well as measures were proposed regarding the possibilities of using franchising in the restaurant industry of the Zaporizhzhia region. The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management of Pizza Celentano Ristorante in practical activities and will contribute to the improvement of the activities of domestic enterprises.
