Характеристики соціальної компетентності майбутніх психологів

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування соціальної компетентності майбутніх практичних психологів у процесі професійної підготовки. Зміни, які відбуваються в сучасному українському суспільстві стали можливі за рахунок світових глобальних тенденцій і факторів, що пов’язані з інформаційно-комунікаційними технологіями. Таке оновлення не оминуло й вищу школу України, яка на сьогодні адаптується й модернізується до європейських стандартів. Якісним вектором перевтілення вищої педагогічної освіти є зміна напрямів підготовки майбутніх викладачів вищої школи до творчої педагогічної діяльності в умовах сучасного освітнього середовища. За визначенням академіка В. Андрущенко «…головним джерелом якісної зміни освіти України, первинною основою цього процесу є радикальна зміна підготовки нового вчителя, який би міг відшукати відповіді на виклики епохи й реалізувати їх у щоденній навчально-виховній практиці». Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в такому: уточнено сутність поняття “соціальна компетентність майбутніх практичних психологів”; компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні її сформованості; розроблено й науково обґрунтовано дослідну модель, та організаційно-педагогічні умови формування соціальної компетентності майбутніх практичних психологів у процесі професійної підготовки; удосконалено зміст, форми, методи формування соціальної компетентності майбутніх практичних психологів у процесі професійної підготовки, засоби створення й розв’язання соціальних ситуацій, суспільно значущих проектів визначення перспективи соціального зростання й саморозвитку, боротьби із соціальними стереотипами, соціальної взаємодії як чинника розвитку професіоналізму.

EN : The work is presented on 68 pages of printed text, 1 figure, 1 table. The list of references includes 11 sources. The object of the study: the process of forming the social competence of future practical psychologists in the process of professional training. The changes taking place in modern Ukrainian society became possible due to global trends and factors related to information and communication technologies. Such an update did not escape the higher school of Ukraine, which today is adapting and modernizing to European standards. A qualitative vector of the reincarnation of higher pedagogical education is a change in the directions of training future teachers of higher education for creative pedagogical activity in the conditions of the modern educational environment. According to the definition of academician V. Andrushchenko "... the main source of qualitative changes in Ukrainian education, the primary basis of this process is a radical change in the training of a new teacher who could find answers to the challenges of the era and implement them in daily educational and educational practice." The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows: the essence of the concept of "social competence of future practical psychologists" has been clarified; components, criteria, indicators and levels of its formation; a research model and organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of social competence of future practical psychologists in the process of professional training were developed and scientifically substantiated; improved the content, forms, methods of forming the social competence of future practical psychologists in the process of professional training, means of creating and solving social situations, socially significant projects for determining the prospects of social growth and self-development, combating social stereotypes, social interaction as a factor in the development of professionalism.
