Вплив інтернету та соціальних мереж на політичну комунікацію в Україні

Abstract

UA : Актуальність дослідження обумовлена тим, що на сьогодні в умовах тотальної інформатизації суспільства, відповідної трансформації зазнає і сучасна політична комунікація. Дані зміни в першу чергу обумовлені поширеним впливом інтернету та соціальних мереж. На відміну від традиційних ЗМІ, особливість Інтернету полягає в тому, що віртуальний простір здатен поєднувати у собі всі характеристики радіо, телебачення та газет, швидке та своєчасне надання інформації та доступний характер. Соціальні мережі є одним із провідних інформаційних інтернет можливостей, особливість котрого полягає в об’єднанні людей в незалежності від соціального статусу та місцеположення. Загалом інтернет та соціальні мережі з усіма своїми властивостями мають вагомий вплив на політичну комунікацію. Саме даний вплив свідчить про те, що сучасне українське суспільство є політизованим. Значна частина українського населення є активними користувачами інтернет простору, і в тій чи іншій мірі стають учасниками політичної комунікації. Крайні Президентські та парламентські вибори 2019 року, пандемія COVID-19, та початок повномасштабного вторгнення ще більш занурили суспільство в інтернет простір. Бо саме інтернет та соціальні мережі стали провідним інформаційними інструментами щодо впливу на громадську думку. Сучасна політична комунікація в соціальних мережах та в інтернеті на сьогодні набула масПроблемна ситуація полягає в тому, що в останні роки вплив інтернету та соціальних мереж на політичну комунікацію в Україні набув масового та не контрольованого характеру. Політична комунікація в інтернет середовищі набуває ознак пропаганди та маніпулятивного впливу. Окрім цього у суспільстві формується оманливий характер політичної залученості. Як результат, люди які вважають себе активними учасниками політичної комунікації, по факту, можуть ставати жертвами політичного впливу та політичних маніпуляцій. Саме неконтрольований та масований характер впливу інтернету та соціальних мереж на політичну комунікацію в Україні створив сприятливе середовище для ведення інформаційної війни з боку країни агресора. ового характеру та має різноманітні форми прояву.

EN : The relevance of the study is due to the fact that today, in the conditions of total informatization of society, modern political communication is also undergoing a corresponding transformation. These changes are primarily due to the widespread influence of the Internet and social networks. Unlike traditional mass media, the peculiarity of the Internet is that the virtual space is able to combine all the characteristics of radio, television and newspapers, fast and timely provision of information and accessible nature. Social networks are one of the leading informational Internet opportunities, the peculiarity of which is to unite people regardless of social status and location. In general, the Internet and social networks with all their properties have a significant impact on political communication. This influence shows that modern Ukrainian society is politicized. A significant part of the Ukrainian population are active users of the Internet space, and to one degree or another become participants in political communication. The extreme Presidential and Parliamentary elections of 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the beginning of a full-scale invasion further immersed society in the Internet space. Because it is the Internet and social networks that have become the leading informational tools for influencing public opinion. Modern political communication in social networks and on the Internet today has become massive. The problematic situation is that in recent years the influence of the Internet and social networks on political communication in Ukraine has become massive and uncontrolled. Political communication in the Internet environment acquires signs of propaganda and manipulative influence. In addition, a deceptive nature of political involvement is being formed in society. As a result, people who consider themselves active participants in political communication may, in fact, become victims of political influence and political manipulation. It is the uncontrolled and massive nature of the influence of the Internet and social networks on political communication in Ukraine that created a favorable environment for waging an information war on the part of the aggressor country. of this nature and has various forms of manifestation.
