Особливості психологічної діагностики розладів аутистичного спектру (РАС)

Складним порушенням, яке виокремлюється з ряду інших, є аутизм. Порушення аутичного спектру об’єднані спільними характеристиками, а саме: труднощами у побудові соціальних стосунків, спілкуванні та особливою стереотипністю поведінки. Тобто, це категорія дітей, яким особливо складно адаптуватись у звичайному дитячому осередку. Втім, науковці та практики, особливо зарубіжні, в яких є позитивний досвід включення аутичної дитини до умов інклюзивного навчання, свідчать про те, що це зумовлює великий внесок в їх розвиток, включаючи підвищення рівня мовних і комунікативних навичок, навичок соціалізації та інтелектуального рівня. Багато експертів вважають інклюзію цивільним правом, відповідальним за формування відповідного соціального розвитку, але для того, щоб інклюзія і навчання у загальному середовищі однолітків були успішними, багатьом дітям з аутизмом потрібна спеціалізована допомога. На відміну від інших дітей, дитина з аутичними розладами потребує ретельної підготовки до будь-яких змін у житті. Шкільне навчання є серйозною зміною життєвого укладу дитини та стає стресовою подією для всієї родини. Тому, підготовка дитини до інклюзивної освіти має починатися задовго до початку самого навчання. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у обґрунтуванні методики психологічної діагностики РАС засобами ігрової діяльності.

Autism is a complex disorder that stands out from the rest. Autistic spectrum disorders are united by common characteristics, namely: difficulties in building social relationships, communication and special stereotypy of behavior. That is, this is a category of children who find it particularly difficult to adapt in a regular day care center. However, scientists and practitioners, especially foreign ones, who have a positive experience of including an autistic child in the conditions of inclusive education, testify that this makes a great contribution to their development, including increasing the level of language and communication skills, socialization skills, and intellectual level. Many experts consider inclusion a civil right responsible for the formation of appropriate social development, but in order for inclusion and learning in the general environment of peers to be successful, many children with autism need specialized help. Unlike other children, a child with autistic disorders needs careful preparation for any changes in life. Schooling is a serious change in a child's lifestyle and becomes a stressful event for the whole family. Therefore, the preparation of a child for inclusive education should begin long before the beginning of education itself. The scientific novelty of the study consists in substantiating the method of psychological diagnosis of ASD by means of game activities.
