Соціально-психологічна адаптація внутрішньо переміщених осіб

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – процес соціально-психологічної адаптації особистості в умовах вимушеного переміщення. Війна, що розпочалася в Україні 24 лютого 2022 року в результаті повномасштабного вторгнення військ Російської Федерації, призвела до масштабних гуманітарних, соціальних та психологічних наслідків. Одним із найбільш серйозних викликів стала проблема вимушеного внутрішнього переміщення значної кількості українських громадян, які були змушені залишити свої домівки та шукати прихистку в інших регіонах країни. За даними Міністерства соціальної політики України, станом на початок 2023 року кількість внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО) в Україні перевищила 4,8 мільйона осіб, що становить більше 10% населення країни. Проблема соціально-психологічної адаптації ВПО є надзвичайно актуальною та потребує комплексного підходу до її вирішення. Внутрішньо переміщені особи стикаються з численними труднощами, серед яких втрата житла та майна, розрив соціальних зв'язків, необхідність адаптації до нових умов життя, пошук роботи та засобів до існування, а також психологічні проблеми, пов'язані з травматичним досвідом, невизначеністю майбутнього та стресом. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у виявленні специфічних чинників, що впливають на соціально-психологічну адаптацію ВПО в умовах російсько-української війни, та розробці рекомендацій щодо оптимізації процесу адаптації з урахуванням цих чинників.

The object of the study is the process of social and psychological adaptation of the individual in conditions of forced displacement. The war that began in Ukraine on February 24, 2022 as a result of a full-scale invasion by the troops of the Russian Federation, led to large-scale humanitarian, social and psychological consequences. One of the most serious challenges was the problem of forced internal displacement of a significant number of Ukrainian citizens who were forced to leave their homes and seek refuge in other regions of the country. According to the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, as of the beginning of 2023, the number of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine exceeded 4.8 million people, which is more than 10% of the country's population. The problem of social and psychological adaptation of IDPs is extremely urgent and requires a comprehensive approach to its solution. Internally displaced persons face numerous difficulties, including the loss of housing and property, the breakdown of social ties, the need to adapt to new living conditions, the search for work and means of livelihood, as well as psychological problems related to traumatic experiences, uncertainty about the future and stress The scientific novelty of the study consists in the identification of specific factors that affect the social and psychological adaptation of IDPs in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, and the development of recommendations for optimizing the adaptation process taking into account these factors.
