Abstract

UA : Обʼєкт дослідження: соціально-педагогічна робота з дітьми, які опинилися в стресовій ситуації. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічної роботи з дітьми, які опинилися в стресовій ситуації. Мета дослідження: визначити основні напрями та зміст соціально педагогічної роботи з дітьми, які опинилися в стресовій ситуації. Методи дослідження: - теоретичні: аналіз, синтез, бібліографічний метод, системний метод, узагальнення, порівняння; - емпіричні: анкетування, опитування, тестування. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає у визначення факторів стресу у дітей, виявленні причин стресу та інформування про їх наслідки. Практичне значення полягає у розробці рекомендації, які значним чином можуть допомогти налагодити соціально-педагогічну роботу із дітьми, що перебувають у стресових ситуаціях. Галузь використання: заклади дошкільної освіти, загальної середньої освіти, позашкільної освіти, центри соціальної допомоги, центри соціальних служб, центри освіти та розвитку.

EN : In the qualification paper, a theoretical survey is given and terms related to the concepts of stress and stress in children are described. The reasons that contributed to the appearance of stress in children and adolescents are indicated. Recommendations for parents on how to act when a child is under stress are provided. The work established how to recognize when a child is in a state of stress, it is possible to distinguish its main manifestations, such as mood swings and irritability, increased anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbances, physical discomfort, difficulty breathing in combination with convulsions or contraction of the muscles of the hands and legs, as well as restlessness and decreased concentration. The object of the research: socio-pedagogical work with children who find themselves in a stressful situation. The subject of the research is the content, forms and methods of socio pedagogical work with children who find themselves in a stressful situation. The purpose of the study is to determine the main directions and content of socio pedagogical work with children who find themselves in a stressful situation. The tasks of the research are: 1. To analyze the peculiarities of the impact of stressful situations on children and adolescents. 2. Investigate factors that cause stress in children. 3. Determine the content, forms and methods of socio-pedagogical work with children who find themselves in a stressful situation. 4. To develop methodical recommendations for the implementation of socio pedagogical work with children who find themselves in a stressful situation. Part 1 “Theoretical aspects of the study of the impact of stress and stressful situations on children” describes the essence of the concept of “stress”, its personality in children, the factors causing its occurrence. The stages of overcoming stress were noted. Statistics of children's stress were determined. Part 2 “Technology of socio-pedagogical work with children who find themselves in a stressful situation” provides methods that include research on stress in children. The methods and their results are described. Analysis of the results of the proposed methods proved their effectiveness. Recommendations for parents and teachers have been developed.
