Управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю ПрАТ «Фармацевтична фірма «Дарниця» у період воєнного стану

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємств фармацевтичної галузі. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств фармацевтичної галузі. Мета дослідження: визначення сутності та особливостей процесу управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю ПрАТ «Фармацевтична фірма «Дарниця»» в умовах воєнного конфлікту, визначення ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства, розробка рекомендацій щодо управлінських рішень у сфері організації її зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, фінансово-економічний аналіз та аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища підприємства, графічне представлення результатів досліджень. У теоретичній частині роботи визначено, що зовнішньоекономічна діяльність є одним із ключових елементів діяльності підприємства. Виділено основні внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, що впливають на зовнішньоекономічну діяльність підприємства. Розглянуто форми та методи управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю на підприємстві. В аналітичній частині роботи було розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику ПрАТ «Фармацевтична фірма «Дарниця»», а саме проаналізовано основні відомості та фінансово-економічний стан досліджуваного підприємства у період 2021-2020 рр. Визначено, що основний ризик становить ліквідність та платоспроможність підприємства. Було проведено аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовищ підприємства у 2021-2022 рр. Визначено, що основним фактором впливу є війна, яка в свою чергу створює інші чинники, що негативно впливають на підприємство. Досліджено особливості управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю ПрАТ «Фармацевтична фірма «Дарниця»» на початку та під час воєнного конфлікту. На основі аналізу ефективності організації зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємства під час воєнного конфлікту, узагальнено заходи, що орієнтовані на удосконалення управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємства та підвищення її ефективності: удосконалення фінансової політики, ретельний аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовищ країн-партнерів, орієнтація на українських клієнтів закордоном, удосконалення процесу транспортування продукції, впровадження рекламної кампанії на ринках збуту.

EN : The object of the research: theoretical and practical aspects of management of foreign economic activity of enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry. The subject of the study: a set of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the organization of foreign economic activity of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of the study: determination of the essence and features of the foreign economic activity management process of PJSC "Pharmaceutical firm "Darnytsia"" during martial law, determination of the effectiveness of the enterprise's foreign economic activity, development of recommendations regarding management decisions in the field of organization of its foreign economic activity. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, financial and economic analysis and analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, graphical presentation of research results. In the theoretical part of the work, it is determined that foreign economic activity is one of the key elements of the enterprise's activity. The main internal and external factors affecting the foreign economic activity of the enterprise are highlighted. Forms and methods of managing foreign economic activity at the enterprise are considered. In the analytical part of the work, the organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "Pharmaceutical Firma "Darnytsia"" were considered, namely, the basic information and financial and economic status of the investigated enterprise in the period 2021-2020 were analyzed. It was determined that the main risk is the liquidity and solvency of the enterprise. An analysis of the internal and external environments of the enterprise was carried out in 2021-2022. It was determined that the main influencing factor is the war, which in turn creates other factors that negatively affect the enterprise. Peculiarities of management of foreign economic activity of PJSC "Pharmaceutical firm "Darnytsia"" at the beginning and during the military conflict were studied. On the basis of the analysis of the effectiveness of the organization of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise during martial law, the measures aimed at improving the management of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise and increasing its efficiency are summarized: improvement of financial policy, a thorough analysis of the internal and external environments of the partner countries, targeting Ukrainian customers abroad, improving the process of transporting products, implementation of an advertising campaign in sales markets.
