Творча еліта в постсучасному світі

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз феномену творчої еліти в умовах постсучасного світу, з’ясування її місця, ролі та характеру взаємодії з іншими елементами системи антропосоціокультурного існування. Об’єкт дослідження: постсучасний світ як якісно новий соціокультурний час та простір в контексті діяльності творчої еліти. Предмет дослідження: творча еліта, яка постає як специфічна соціокультурна спільнота, що відтворює та транслює новаторські ідеї, цінності й артефакти, визначаючи горизонти культурного розвитку суспільства в умовах епохи постсучасності. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція. Гіпотеза: творча еліта як суб’єкт інноваційної діяльності здійснює вплив на формування культурного капіталу суспільства, переосмислення суспільних ідеалів і світогляду, закладаючи/формуючи цінності в динаміці розвитку постсучасного світу на перспективи людської цивілізації. Висновки: 1. Творча еліта покликана виконувати визначальну роль у культурних трансформаціях та суспільному прогресі, генеруючи нові ідеї, експериментуючи з формами та смислами, випереджаючи масову свідомість. 2. В умовах постсучасності функції творчої еліти зміщуються до культурної медіації, пропонування альтернативних інтерпретацій дійсності, координації полісемічного культурного простору та культивування критичного мислення. 3. Для максимального розкриття потенціалу української творчої еліти необхідні комплексні зусилля на різних рівнях: створення сприятливого середовища, розвинена система освіти, можливості для міждисциплінарної взаємодії та професійних мереж.

EN : The aim of the study: analysis of the phenomenon of the creative elite in the conditions of the postmodern world, clarification of its place, role and nature of interaction with other elements of the system of anthropo-socio-cultural existence. The object of the study: the postmodern world as a qualitatively new sociocultural time and space in the context of the activities of the creative elite. The subject of the study: the creative elite, which appears as a specific sociocultural community, which reproduces and transmits innovative ideas, values and artifacts, defining the horizons of the cultural development of society in the conditions of the postmodern era. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction. Hypothesis: the creative elite as a subject of innovative activity exerts an influence on the formation of the cultural capital of society, the rethinking of social ideals and worldview, establishing values in the dynamics of the development of the postmodern world on the prospects of human civilization. Conclusions: 1. The creative elite is intended to play a decisive role in cultural transformations and social progress, generating new ideas, experimenting with forms and meanings, ahead of mass consciousness. 2. In postmodern conditions, the functions of the creative elite shift towards cultural mediation, offering alternative interpretations of reality, coordination of polysemic cultural space and cultivation of critical thinking. 3. In order to maximize the potential of the Ukrainian creative elite, comprehensive efforts at various levels are necessary: the creation of a favorable environment, a developed education system, opportunities for interdisciplinary interaction and professional networks.
