Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: визначення напрямків оптимізації системи надання соціальних послуг молодим сім’ям в Україні в умовах війни. Об’єкт дослідження: молоді сім’ї в Україні в умовах війни. Предмет дослідження: надання соціальних послуг молодим сім’ям в Україні в умовах війни. Методи дослідження: аналіз, узагальнення, індукція, дидукція, синтез, аналіз статистичних даних. Гіпотеза: воєнні дії суттєво впливають на життя сімей, як наслідок нормативно-правова база, методики роботи та проблематика постійно змінюються та потребують постійного аналізу і доопрацювань. Надання соціальних послуг молодим сім’ям впливає на їх благополуччя, соціальну підтримку і зменшенні соціальних проблем. Але ефективність і якість послуг може знизитись за рахунок недостатнього фінансування, організації процесу надання соціальних послуг чи вчасному виявленні проблем. Висновки: 1. На ситуацію в сім’ї можуть впливати різноманітні чинники, які дестабілізують нормальне функціонування молодої сім’ї. 2. Відповідно до розглянутих статистичних даних молоді сім’ї частіше зустрічаються в нашій країні. 3. Держава намагається покращити демографічну ситуацію шляхом соціальної допомоги саме сім’ям з дітьми.

EN : The purpose of the study is to identify ways to optimize the system of social services for young families in Ukraine in the context of war. Object of study: young families in Ukraine during the war. The subject of the study is the provision of social services to young families in Ukraine during the war. Research methods: analysis, generalization, induction, deduction, synthesis, analysis of statistical data. Hypothesis: military operations have a significant impact on the lives of families, and as a result, the legal framework, methods of work and issues are constantly changing and require constant analysis and refinement. The provision of social services to young families has an impact on their well-being, social support and reduction of social problems. However, the effectiveness and quality of services can be reduced due to insufficient funding, organization of the social service delivery process, or timely detection of problems. Conclusions: 1. The situation in the family can be affected by various factors that destabilize the normal functioning of a young family. 2. According to the statistics reviewed, young families are more common in our country. 3. The state is trying to improve the demographic situation by providing social assistance to families with children.
