Соціальна допомога сім'ям з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: пропозиція програми підвищення ефективності системи соціальної роботи з сім’ями з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах, на основі її комплексного аналізу та запровадження передового зарубіжного досвіду. Об’єкт дослідження: сім’ї з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах. Предмет дослідження: допомога, а саме, механізми та методи надання соціальної допомоги, сім’ям з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах. Методи досліджння: методи аналізу та синтезу, порівняльний метод, логіко-нормативний метод та метод моделювання. Гіпотеза: удосконалення систем надання соціальної допомоги сім’ям з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах, зможе зміцнити координацію соціальних послуг на різних рівнях організації та підвищити кваліфікацію соціальних працівників за відповідними освітніми програмами. Висновки: 1.Після аналізу історії формування системи соціальної допомоги сім’м з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах, зроблено висновок, що для вирішення їх проблем потрібно удосконалення вже існуючих механізмів надання допомоги. 2. Є багато підстав для надання комплексної та ефективної допомоги сім’ям з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах, але більша частина не виконується, тому це треба удосконалювати. 3. Підвищення кваліфікації працівників соціальної сфери, тісна співпраця між державними та громадськими організаціями, створення єдиної інформаційної бази сімей з дітьми в складних життєвих обставинах, дотримання нормативно-правових актів, які регулюють соціальну допомогу цій уразливій групі населення, використання сучасних технологій – забезпечить ефективність та удосконалення соціальної допомог.

EN : The purpose of research: proposal of a program to improve the efficiency of the system of social work with families with children in difficult life circumstances, based on its comprehensive analysis and the introduction of advanced foreign experience. Object of research: families with children in difficult life circumstances. Subject of research: assistance, namely, the mechanisms and methods of providing social assistance to families with children in difficult life circumstances. Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative method, logical-normative method and modeling method. Hypothesis: improvement of systems of providing social assistance to families with children in difficult life circumstances will be able to strengthen the coordination of social services at different levels of the organization and increase the qualification of social workers according to the relevant educational programs. Conclusions: 1. After analyzing the history of the formation of the system of social assistance to families with children in difficult life circumstances, it was concluded that to solve their problems, improvement of already existing assistance mechanisms is required. 2. There are many reasons for providing comprehensive and effective assistance to families with children in difficult life circumstances, but most of it is not implemented, so it must be improved. 3. Improving the qualifications of social workers, close cooperation between state and public organizations, the creation of a single information base for families with children in difficult life circumstances, compliance with regulatory and legal acts that regulate social assistance to this vulnerable population group, the use of modern technologies will ensure efficiency and improvement of social assistance.
