Вдосконалення організаційної діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти засобами педагогічних технологій

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: організаційна діяльність викладача закладу вищої освіти. Проблема вдосконалення організаційної діяльності викладачів є актуальною, перспективною у світлі розбудови системи освіти; обумовлена соціальним замовленням суспільства на висококваліфікованих спеціалістів, що залежить як від фахової компетентності викладача, так і від психолого-педагогічної. В роботі розкрита специфіка організаційної діяльності викладача у закладі вищої освіти, досліджено особливості удосконалення організаційної діяльності викладача у вищій школі. Наукова новизна полягає у тому, що із урахуванням особливостей психолого-педагогічної підготовки викладачів було визначено педагогічні умови удосконалення їх організаційної діяльності.

The problem of improving the organizational activity of teachers is relevant, promising in the light of the development of the education system; is conditioned by the social order of the society for highly qualified specialists, which depends on both the professional competence of the teacher and the psychological and pedagogical. The specifics of the organizational activity of the teacher in the institution of higher education are revealed in the work, the peculiarities of improvement of the organizational activity of the teacher in the higher school are investigated. The scientific novelty is that, taking into account the peculiarities of psychological and pedagogical training of teachers, pedagogical conditions for improving their organizational activity were determined.
