Організаційно-технологічні рішення планування ремонтно-будівельних робіт

Abstract

UA : Здійснено узагальнення особливостей проведення ремонтно -будівельних робіт. Досліджено методи раціонального планування ремонтно-відновлювальних робіт в системі відтворення об’єктів нерухомості. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти оцінки і вибору варіантів організаційно-технологічних рішень при реконструкції житлових будівель. Сформовано систему факторів, які суттєво впливають на надійність організаційно -технологічної системи, що включає в себе фактори ризику, рівень збірності, ступінь спеціалізації будівельних організацій, віддаленість об’єктів від основних виробничих баз. Побудовано модель, яка показує вплив ступеня суміщення показників надійності робіт та організації на тривалість ремонтно -будівельних робіт з реконструкції житлових будинків.

The methods of rational planning of repair work in the system of restoration of real estate objects are investigated. The theoretical aspects of the assessment and selection of options for organizational and technological solutions in the reconstruction of residential buildings are considered. A system of factors has been formed that affect the reliability of the organizational and technological system, including risk factors, the level of collegiality, the degree of specialization of construction organizations, the remoteness of objects from the main production bases. A model is constructed that shows the influence of the degree of combination of reliability indicators of work and organization on the duration of construction work.
