Методика навчання студентів-філологів нормам американської комунікативної поведінки в системі підготовки до міжкультурної комунікації

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 100 стор., 95 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: дослідження є процес навчання студентів вищих мовних навчальних закладів стандартам комунікативної поведінки в умовах міжкультурної комунікації. Мета роботи: дослідження – науково обґрунтувати та розробити методику навчання студентів стандартам комунікативної поведінки, що прийняті в країні, мова якої вивчається (США). Мета дипломної роботи передбачає вирішення таких завдань: Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення проблеми досліджується у роботах таких вітчизняних вчених, як Бондарчук Т. О., Верещагін Є. М., Єлізарова Г. В., Красковська О. Л., Малькова З. О., Писанко М. Л., Тарнопольський О. Б., Тер-Мінасова С. Г., а також у роботах зарубіжних вчених J. Allwood, J. Bianco, M. Byram, M. Huber-Kriegler, D. Matsumoto, Schmidt R. W.. які були використані як теоретичні та методологічні основи. Отримані результати: полягає в тому, що в роботі зроблена спроба розробити, науково обгрунтувати та експериментально перевірити методику навчання студентів стандартам комунікативної поведінки в США в умовах міжкультурного спілкування: основою навчання визначено стандарти комунікативної поведінки та культурологічні знання; розроблено класифікацію стандартів комунікативної поведінки, культурологічних знань; описано принципи формування міжкультурної компетенції; охарактеризовано чотири етапи навчання: інформаційний етап, етап усвідомлення знань, етап практичного засвоєння знань та етап закріплення знань. Розроблено підсистему вправ для навчання стандартам комунікативної поведінки в умовах міжкультурного спілкування, яке моделюється на практичних заняттях з англійської мови; створено методичні рекомендації щодо застосування підсистеми вправ у вищих мовних навчальних закладах. У дослідженні представлено методику навчання студентів вищих мовних навчальних закладів стандартам комунікативної поведінки в США з метою формування міжкультурної компетенції, обумовлене необхідністю включення українських студентів у міжкультурне спілкування.

EN : The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as a method of teaching students of Philology norms of American communicative behavior in the system of preparation for intercultural communication. Objects of research: the study is a process of teaching students of higher educational institutions language standards of communicative behavior in terms of intercultural communication. The purpose of the work: to scientifically substantiate and develop a methodology for teaching students the norms of communicative behavior adopted in the country whose language is being studied (USA). The purpose of the dissertation provides for the solution of such problems : Theoretical and methodological foundations: the position of key problems is investigated in such works of Russian scientists as T. Bondarchuk. M., Yelizarova G. V., kraskovskaya O. L., Malkova S. O., Pysanka M. L., Tarnopolsky O. B., Ter-Minasova S. G., and also in the works of foreign scientists j. Allwood, J. Bianco, M. Byram, M. Huber-kriegler, D. Matsumoto, R. V. Schmidt. which were used as a theoretical and methodological basis. The results obtained in the paper an attempt is made to develop scientifically justified and experimentally test the methodology of teaching students standards of communicative behavior in the United States in terms of intercultural communication: defined standards-based learning communicative behavior and cultural knowledge; the classification standards of communicative behavior, cultural knowledge; describes the principles of formation of intercultural competence; is characterized by four stages of training: the information stage, the awareness stage of knowledge, the stage of practical learning and the stage of consolidation of knowledge. A subsystem of speech exercises has been developed for teaching communicative behavior in the conditions of intercultural communication, which is modeled on practical classes in English; methodological recommendations for the use of the subsystem of language exercises in higher education institutions have been developed. The study presents a method of teaching students of higher educational institutions of language standards of communicative behavior in the United States in order to form intercultural competence, due to the need to include students in intercultural communication.
