Формування лідерських якостей керівника у сфері місцевого самоврядування в сучасних умовах (на прикладі Тарасівської сільської ради).

Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі магістра розглянуто особливості формування лідерських якостей керівника у сфері місцевого самоврядування в сучасних умовах. Значна увага приділяється напрямам удосконалення формування лідерських якостей керівника у сфері місцевого самоврядування (на прикладі Тарасівської сільської ради). Розроблено напрями формування лідерських якостей керівника у сфері місцевого самоврядування в сучасних умовах, надано практичні рекомендації, за допомогою яких можливо підвищити лідерські якості керівника у сфері місцевого самоврядування в сучасних умовах.
