Сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку недержавного пенсійного страхування СК «ТАС»

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 110 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 6 figures, 5 annex. The list of refernces includes 80 sources, 8 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is a process of non-state non-state pension insurance of insurance company IC «TAS». The subject of investigation is a system of theoretical and methodical principles and practical problems connected with non-state pension insurance of IC «TAS» . The purpose of the qualification work is to justify of the theoretical regulations and work out practical recommendations to improve the estimation and organization of non-state pension insurance of IC «TAS». Methods of research: dialectical cognition method; systematic, complex and structural and functional methods, calculation methods, methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis; method of SWOT-analysis. The estimation of financial state of insurance company IC «TAS», the estimation of structure and dynamics of non-state pension insurance of IC «TAS» and the analysis of modern state of non-state pension insurance market in Ukraine have been performed. The main conditions and features of main programs of non-state pension insurance of IC «TAS» have been analysed. The recommandations of non-state pension insurance system improvement of insurance company IC «TAS» have been elaborated. The scientific novelty of the results consists in theoretical and methodical justification and solving of the complex issues which are connected with the improvement of non-state pension insurance of IC «TAS». The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation:  got further development the methodical approach of efficiency estimation of non-state pension insurance activity of insurance company; The results of research are aimed at estimation and improving the non-state pension insurance system of insurance companies and can be implemented in practice of insurance companies. The possibility of implementation of foreign experience in sphere of pension insurance has been discussed. The reccomandations of non-state pension insurance system improvement of insurance companies have been proposed. The application of proposed recommendations in practice will ensure formation and effective operation of non-state pension insurance of insurance companies.

Об’єктом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів функціонування недержавного пенсійного страхування СК «ТАС». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із здійсненням недержавного пенсійного страхування СК «ТАС». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо організації та оцінки ефективності недержавного пенсійного страхування СК «ТАС». Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, технологія SWOT – аналізу. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів визначається так: набув подальшого розвитку методологічний підхід оцінювання ефективності здійснення недержавного пенсійного страхування. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування ефективної системи недержавного пенсійного страхування та дослідження можливостей зарубіжного досвіду можуть бути використані в діяльності страхових організацій.
