Фінансові аспекти розвитку малого підприємства в Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 101 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 8 таблиць, 14 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 66 джерел, з них 4 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансові аспекти розвитку малого підприємства в Україні. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки та удосконалення фінансових аспектів розвитку малого підприємства в Україні. Завдання: 1) визначити фактори, які впливають на формування та розвиток малого підприємства в Україні; 2) провести оцінку фінансових аспектів розвитку малого підприємства; 3) розробити заходи покращення фінансового стану розвитку малого підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) набули подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «мале підприємство»; методичний підхід до формування інтегральної оцінки та системи контролю малого підприємства. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо організації та вдосконалення фінансової системи розвитку малого підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 101 pages of printed text, contains 8 tables, 14 figures. The list of refernces includes 66 sources, 4 of them in foreign languages. The study focuses on the financial aspects of small business development in Ukraine. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical provisions and to develop practical recommendations for the development and improvement of financial aspects of small business development in Ukraine. Objectives: 1) identify the factors that influence the formation and development of a small business in Ukraine; 2) evaluate the financial aspects of small business development; 3) to develop measures to improve the financial condition of small business development. Research methods: dialectical, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) were further developed: interpretation of the category "small business"; methodical approach to the formation of integrated assessment and control system of small business. The recommendations for organizing and improving the financial system of small business development are of practical importance. The information base of the research is legislative and regulatory acts, professional literature, materials of scientific conferences and periodicals, statistics, results of own research and analysis. The significance of the results of the master's qualification work is to deepen the scientific analysis of the financial mechanism of development of small business in Ukraine and to identify the peculiarities of its functioning. The practical implication is that the results obtained and the suggested recommendations for improving the financial mechanism of small business development help to make informed decisions to support domestic small business at the national and regional levels. We find out directly the concepts of "enterprise" as an economic entity and "entrepreneurship" as a form of business enterprise in general. After all, the study of any object begins, first of all, with the definition of the essence of basic concepts and categories, the establishment of certain principles of its division into types and finding out the place and role of this object in a particular environment, and in our case, in the economy of the state .
