Фінансові аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 103 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 11 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансові аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних підходів щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах фінансового менеджменту. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретичних, методичних і організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах фінансового менеджменту. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово–економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: проведено комплексне оцінювання фінансової конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор»; розроблено перспективні напрямки підвищення фінансової конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Запоріжтрансформатор»; вдосконалено методичну послідовність впровадження фінансової стратегії на підприємстві; обґрунтовано економічну доцільність розроблених заходів. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема методика оцінки фінансової конкурентоспроможності, методологічна послідовність впровадження фінансової стратегії тощо.

EN : The work is presented on 103 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 11 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 71 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the financial aspects of increasing the competitiveness of "ZTR" PJSC. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied approaches to increase the competitiveness of the company on the basis of financial management. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of financial management. Methods of research: logical generalization, deductive, financial and economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained: – comprehensive assessment of financial competitiveness of "ZTR" PJSC; – perspective directions of increase of financial competitiveness of "ZTR" PJSC have been developed; – the methodological sequence of implementation of the financial strategy at the enterprise has been improved; – the economic feasibility of the developed measures is substantiated. Practical implications are such developments as: the methodological sequence of implementation of the financial strategy; calculation of a complex integral indicator of financial competitiveness; building trend models to substantiate the economic feasibility of the measures developed. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular the methodology for evaluating financial competitiveness, methodological sequence of implementation of financial strategy, etc.
