Предмет дослідження: зміст роботи шкільного психолога та педагога з попередження дезадаптації і допомога в адаптації учнів початкових класів Мета дослідження: виявлення психолого-педагогічних умов соціальної адаптації школярів: 1. Виявити найбільш актуальні аспекти проблеми адаптації молодших школярів. 2. Розкрити значення взаємодії вчителів і шкільних практичних психологів у напрямку адаптації молодших школярів та їх взаємодія з батьками. 3. Розробити систему методів спільної роботи класного керівника і шкільного психолога з дітьми молодшого шкільного віку з попередження та корекції.  Методи дослідження: метод теоретичного моделювання;  спостереження;  психолого-педагогічний експеримент;  анкетування;  метод експертних оцінок;  методи математичної статистики;  порівняльний метод. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до профілактики проблеми адаптації молодших школярів. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці соціально-педагогічної програми для покращення адаптації молодших школярів. Галузь використання: загальноосвітня школа.
