Управління виробничими запасами промислового підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ» в системі економічної безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 105 с., 16 рис., 18 табл., 2 додатки, 74 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження є процес оцінювання ефективності управління виробничими запасами промислового підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних засад управління виробничими запасами підприємств в сучасних умовах. Завдання: дослідити сутність та роль виробничих запасів в діяльності підприємства; розглянути особливості управління виробничими запасами підприємства; дослідити методичне забезпечення аналізу виробничих запасів підприємства; здійснити аналіз фінансового стану промислового підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; надати оцінку ефективності управління виробничими запасами промислового підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; удосконалити методичний підхід до оцінки підприємств-постачальників матеріального забезпечення в системі управління запасами підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичного пізнання; теоретичного узагальнення, системного аналізу; табличний та графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вдосконалено методику оцінювання підприємств-постачальників матеріального забезпечення, що дозволяє за рахунок визначених груп показників (виробничих, фінансово-економічних, ринкових) здійснювати обґрунтований вибір постачальника. Практичне значення одержаних результатів і висновків полягає у тому, що запропоновані результати та рекомендації являють собою методичну базу забезпечення ефективної системи управління виробничими запасами підприємства.

The object of the study is the process of evaluating the efficiency of production management of the industrial enterprise of PJSC «Motor Sich». The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise inventory management in modern conditions. Objectives: to investigate the nature and role of inventories in the enterprise; consider the peculiarities of enterprise inventory management; to investigate the methodological support of the analysis of production stocks of the enterprise; to analyze the financial condition of the industrial enterprise of PJSC «Motor Sich»; to provide an assessment of the efficiency of production management of the industrial enterprise PJSC «Motor Sich»; to improve the methodological approach to the evaluation of enterprises providing material support in the enterprise inventory management system. The methodological basis of qualification work is the provisions of modern economic theory, outlined in the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, which shed light on the fundamental foundations of enterprise inventory management. The following methods of economic research are used in the work: dialectical cognition (study of the essence of the category «stocks», «production stocks»); theoretical generalization, system analysis (to systematize theoretical and methodological foundations of providing an effective enterprise inventory management system); tabular and graphical (characteristic of the aggregate indicators of the state and dynamics of financial indicators of the enterprise). The results obtained and their novelty: the methodology of evaluation of enterprises providing material support was improved, which allows to make informed choice of supplier at the expense of certain groups of indicators (production, financial, economic, market). The practical significance of the results and conclusions obtained is that the proposed results and recommendations are a methodological basis for ensuring an effective system for managing the company's inventory
