Організація проекту міжнародної кооперації з переробки енергетичної сировини ТОВ «Нафтогазпром»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра “Організація проекту міжнародної кооперації з переробки енергетичної сировини ТОВ «Нафтогазпром» присвячена проекту організації міжнародної кооперації, як механізму оптимізаци витрат на організацію виробництва та спрощенню виробнчого процесу. Мета роботи - дослідити структуру взаємодії підприємства з постачальниками імпортної продукції та запропонувати схему виробничої кооперації між постачальником та роздрібним продавцем, яка знижує витрати підприємства. Для досягнення поставленої мети були поставлені наступні завдання: - провести теоретичний аналіз різних аспектів кооперації та взаємодії з партерами; - проаналізувати операційну діяльність ТОВ “Нафтогазпром”; - виявити недоліки та сформулювати рекомендації для організації схеми виробничої кооперації для даного підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження - ТОВ “Нафтогазпром”, виробник мастил та олив, охолоджуючих рідин для машин та різних технологічних процесів, оператор ринку нафтопродуктів та скрапленого газу. Предмет дослідження - співробітництво підприємства з постачальниками імпортної продукції. В роботі використовувались спеціальні та загальнонаукові методи дослідження: монографічний (для послідовного опису явищ та об’єктів, що досліджуються), порівняльний (для порівняння показників попереднього та минулого періодів), абстрактно-логічний (для формулювання висновків) та інші.

The purpose of the work is to investigate the structure of the enterprise's interaction with the suppliers of imported products and to propose a scheme of production cooperation between the supplier and the retailer, which reduces the costs of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: - to carry out a theoretical analysis of various aspects of cooperation and interaction with partners; - analyze the operational activities of Naftogazprom LLC; - identify shortcomings and formulate recommendations for the organization of the scheme of industrial cooperation for the enterprise. Object of research - LLC "Naftogazprom", a manufacturer of oils and oils, coolants for machines and various technological processes, operator of the market of petroleum products and liquefied gas. The subject of the study is the cooperation of the enterprise with the suppliers of imported products. Special and general scientific research methods were used in the work: monographic (for sequential description of phenomena and objects under study), comparative (for comparison of indicators of previous and past periods), abstract-logical (for formulation of conclusions) and others.
